Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. From your account you open the Stripe portal and cancel in two clicks. Access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then roles and permissions are removed automatically.
How do I get my Discord role?
You sign in to the site with Discord, so we already know who you are. After checkout the bot adds you to the server (if you're not in it yet) and switches on your plan's role. If you change plan, the role updates itself.
How do I activate the TradingView indicator?
With Gold or Diamond: enter your TradingView username in the members' area. Access to the invite-only script is granted to that username — usually within a few hours — and revoked when the subscription ends.
Do I need a paid TradingView account?
No. Invite-only scripts also work with a free TradingView account.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, upgrades and downgrades are done in the Stripe portal with pro-rated billing. Your Discord role and indicator access follow the new plan automatically.
Do you provide financial advice?
No. All content is for educational and informational purposes: no personalized recommendations, no capital management. Trading decisions remain yours.
